The Waterline is the tallest building in all of Texas, 74 stories and 1,022 feet tall. Built at 98 Red River Street on 3.3 acres in downtown Austin, it overlooks Lady Bird Lake. Waterline has 352 luxury apartments, 700,000 square feet of office space and a 251-room 1 Hotel Austin.
